The Garden Cottage is a stand-alone one-bedroom cottage with large covered verandah including a BBQ and large BBQ table ideal for tropical outdoor dining. Ceramic tiled floor throughout for coolness. King-size bed with overbed ceiling fan. Modern ensuite bathroom with large open shower. Full kitchen facilities including gas oven, microwave oven and full-size fridge/freezer. UV treated safe to drink tap water. Two-seater sofa, four-seater dining table and chairs, TV & DVD player. Large laptop capable security safe. Lots of full-length windows for maximum natural airflow and all windows and sliding doors are insect screened. A mere one-minute walk to our white sand beach. Outdoor facilities include a large fresh water swimming pool, palm tree strung hammocks and sun loungers.

The Beachfront Standard Studio is our smallest room suitable for singles or couples on a budget. A cosy, private fully self contained studio with full kitchen facilities including cook top & microwave oven plus fridge/freezer. TV & DVD player. Ceramic tiled floor throughout for coolness. Clear glass shower enclosure. King-size bed to lie in and watch the waves crashing over the reef. A standard room without all the bells and whistles of our other rooms. And priced accordingly.

An open plan studio smaller than the Studio Suite but with the same vista across the pool to the turquoise lagoon and blue Pacific Ocean beyond the reef. Ensuite bathroom features clear glass shower enclosure. Ceramic tiled floor throughout for coolness with over bed ceiling fan and wall fan. TV & DVD player. For your comfort this room also has coin operated A/C if required. Step off the deck and plunge straight into the pool. Enjoy an ice cold beer or pre dinner Chardonnay on your verandah while watching breathtaking sunsets go down over the horizon. August to October you can even watch whales from your verandah playing just over the reef.

100% safe drinking tap water (UV sterilized – NO chemicals)

Feel confident drinking our tap water as it is multi filtered and Ultra Violet sterilized and exceeds the highest international requirements for 100% safe drinking water.

Fresh fruit and breakfast basket on arrival

You might arrive during the night before you’ve had time to shop for food provisions so we provide a breakfast arrival pack for your first morning consisting of fresh tropical fruit, cereals, bread, jam & butter and a jug of milk so you won’t go hungry first thing in the morning.

Daily room service (except Sundays & some public holidays)

Your room is serviced daily to keep it clean for your comfort. Room service consists of the bed made (sheets changed every other day), towels changed, bathroom, kitchen and floor cleaned. Rubbish removed. Note: washing dishes is not included in room service.

Daily fresh cut tropical flowers

So that your room looks nice and has a lovely tropical scent we give you fresh cut flowers daily. Some people are allergic to pollen so if you are one of them, let us know and we won’t give you any.

Kayaks

Complimentary kayaks are available for guests to use. These are a fun way to explore the wonders of the lagoon but must not be taken too close to the breakers or over the reef. As with any water sport, caution and common sense must prevail as the sea can be dangerous with strong wind and currents some times.

Complimentary snorkelling gear

There is an abundance of tropical fish in our lagoon and the best way to see them is to go snorkelling. We provide complimentary snorkels, masks and fins for you to use.

Sun loungers

A great way to lie in the sun, read a book while getting that great tan you’ve been dreaming of at the same time.

Pool loungers

This is the ultimate way to soak up some sun. It’s a floating chair that you sit on in the pool and feel the cool water lapping your body while you read a book or just close your eyes and think how lucky you are to be here.

Hammocks

When you’ve had enough sun for the day and it’s time for a snooze in the shade, one of our tree strung hammocks is exactly what you will need. Or simply lay back and watch the waves roll across the lagoon and lap the shore.

Pool side BBQ

Under the palms beside the pool you’ll find our guest BBQ area. This is an ideal place to meet other guests while grilling a rib eye steak or freshly caught tuna for dinner or lunch. When done you can either sit at the BBQ table under the umbrella for a beachside BBQ experience or just take your plate back to the privacy of your room.

Reef Shoes

Exploring the reef at low tide is a great way to spend a few hours. It is recommended you wear shoes in the event you stand on something sharp. We provide complimentary reef shoes.

Hair dryer

After a day in the sun and water you might be in need of a hair dryer before going out for the evening. There is one in the room.

Tea and coffee provisions and facilities

We know you can’t go without your cup of coffee or tea first thing in the morning so we provide a coffee plunger, coffee, tea & sugar provisions to get you started for the day.

Wifi hot-spot

You might be on holiday on a remote south pacific island but the reality is you still need to stay in touch with family, friends or business back home in the real world. Wifi is available in all rooms and anywhere on the property including the beachfront and pool area. Unfortunately as the island only has expensive and limited satellite internet it’s not free. Data vouchers can be purchased at reception.

In-room large laptop capable safe

For your electronic devices and other valuables there are large laptop capable safes in all our rooms.
